A great dinner, lots of dancing - and unlimited wine!

The Roffen Suite is decorated to the hilt for Christmas.

Your tables are covered with crackers, top quality hats of all kinds, poppers and blowers.

Everyone meets for drinks in the bar beforehand and then we call you through for dinner.

During dinner we serve you a great three course meal (three choices per course!) and coffee

with UNLIMITED red and dry white wine, Liebfraumilch (for the sweeter toothed).

We also offer unlimited sparkling water, coca cola, lemonade, cordials and coffee.

After dinner the party starts as our disco fires up and we start playing your favourites!

You keep your tables, the bar is open, the music keeps playing - until 00.30.

A deposit of £10 per head is required to confirm a booking.  Deposits are not transferable or refundable.

Final payment is required in full 14 days prior to the booked date.

Groups may be of any size and groups will be seated together at group tables.

For exclusive use in the evenings a minimum booking of 100 is needed and the minimum charge will be 100 x the tariff in any event.

For exclusive use in the afternoon a minimum booking of 40 is needed and the minimum charge will be £700 in any event.

TIMINGS

Evenings are 7.30 arrival for 8.00 meal service, disco closes 00.30.  Afternoons are 12.30 for 1.00 meal service, guests depart by 5.30.

For afternoon bookings we will provide a disco and dance music but not a live DJ (available for £50 extra).

FREE DRINKS OFFER

UNLIMITED red and dry white wine, Liebfraumilch, sparkling water, coca cola, lemonade, and cordials

will be served from when you are called to dinner at the table until the coffee is served at the end of the meal.

At Christmas we also offer lower cost, less formal events in the Piano Bar and the Club Restaurant
