The Roffen Suite - ideal for 20-200
Our beautiful beamed main hall was designed solely as a function suite. Perfect for all social events and excellent for Birthdays. We have a capacity of 120 seated and up to 200 for a birthday party. For smaller functions we can divide up the hall so that groups as small as 20 feel right at home. THE ROFFEN SUITE
"The Venue" - for up to 70
A suite of party rooms within the Roffen Private Members Club. Perfect for smaller informal functions, two levels with a private bar & dance floor with a capacity of 70. At night The Venue is like a private nightclub perfect for dances, parties and get-togethers. THE VENUE

Menus - from £8
We offer a variety of two & three course menus for a sit-down meal and you can see those here DINNER MENUS. Our buffets start at £8, see those menus here BUFFET MENUS. However, we can provide just about anything you would like so please ask our managers for a quote.. You can also take advantage of our three great special offers shown on the SPECIAL OFFERS page for deals at £10, £14 and £22.
The Bars
Our private bars serve your guests drinks at regular pub prices. Lots of space, good staff, fast service.
The Atmosphere
Both venues are fully air-conditioned, so we can keep your guests cool in summer, warm in winter. Both venues have fully fitted disco equipment and lights and we offer you our professional D.J. You can also bring in your own DJ, bands or performers if you wish. Both venues have high level directional speakers so lots of volume for dancing, yet still leaving plenty of quieter areas for sitting and talking. Both rooms are great locations for your party. Comfortable covered smoking terraces are provided.
18ths and 21sts Birthday parties - and birthdays for younger people too.
Yes, we are delighted to host 18ths and parties for all ages either side BUT - and there is always a but...... we have to abide by the law.
The reality is that we can host a great party for nice people who want to party responsibly in a really smart and friendly location.
To make this work we have some rules and a couple of extra charges that we have found from experience work for both sides. They work for the person whose birthday it is, they work for concerned parents who just want everyone to have fun, and they work for us trying to stay within the law and run a sensible event.

Once you have done that give us a call on 01634-404770 and ask for the duty manager to check dates then come down and have a look round. After all - you are only 18 once!
