Infra-Red Sauna
A dry sauna using the same lamps as used by physiotherapists. Infra-red heaters provide a deep heating and therapeutic experience relaxing your muscles without all the sweating and very high temperatures of a traditional sauna - perfect for ladies.
The Infra-Red Sauna is bookable in private half hour sessions.
The traditional sauna and the steam room are open to all and swimsuits are worn.
