The Roffen Suite

Hire Charges:   Suite £200  -  First Section & Bar £100  -  Bar only £50  

(no hire charge to Roffen Club members)
Deposits:   Saturday £500 - Friday £400 - Thursday £300 - Otherwise £150
 

Minimum Food Charge: 

Saturdays: £1200 plus hire.  Fridays: £700 plus hire.  Thursdays: £300 plus hire.  Otherwise: £150 plus hire

 

The Members Club Lounge

Hire Charge: £100  

(no hire charge to Roffen Club members)
Deposits:   Friday & Saturday £150 - Otherwise £75
 

Minimum Food Charge:

£300 Fri/Sat plus hire.  Otherwise: £100 plus hire  

(no minimum food charge to Roffen Club members)

 

To Make a Booking: 

1. Contact us to make a provisional booking.  2. Pay the deposit as soon as possible [provisional bookings do not bind the club in any way]  

3. Visit the club to discuss your menu. [note: our prices change on 1st Jan each year]  4. Two weeks prior to the day pay the balance and confirm your final numbers.

 

Please be certain to read these TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE before paying your deposit.
Payment of the deposit commits you to a contract and if you cancel your booking you will lose your deposit.
If the cancellation is within 16 weeks of the event there will be an additional charge to cover the loss of profits.

 

Terms & Conditions of Hire. 

DEPOSITS are required to confirm a booking, provisional bookings do not bind the club in any way,
Please Note: Deposits are not returnable or transferable and payment of a deposit denotes acceptance of all these terms & conditions.
FINAL PAYMENT is required one month prior to the function date.
FINAL NUMBERS should be notified not less than 48 hours prior to the function or 3pm on Thursday for Sun/Mon functions.
CANCELLATION will incur a separate charge to cover loss of profits and will be a percentage of the MINIMUM FOOD CHARGE.
Less than 16 weeks: 40% - Less than 8 weeks: 60% - Less than 4 weeks: 100%
Cancellation must be in writing to The Roffen Club and is only valid on written acknowledgement, so if you cancel, make sure we write back.
