The great people who look after you at The Roffen

Staff at The Roffen tend to stay with the club for many years.  For example, Managers Trisha and Paula have been with the club since 1986, Bars Manager Nigel goes back to 1981!  Carol, one of our chefs has been in the kitchens since 1985, our Head Chef Aaron has been with the club ten years, lots of other staff are in the 5-10 year bracket.

This is because they enjoy their jobs - and you should be able to tell when you come in and are served by them - friendly, efficient, approachable, that is our aim.

Obviously it helps to have such wonderful people as members!  So just to put names to the faces you see the most of -

 

   

MANAGERS  Sara, Trisha and Paula.  There is always one of these three managers on duty and they are always available to help, so don’t hesitate to call on them. 

 

          Karen    Amanda

SENIOR BAR STAFF:  Senior bar staff Jayne Marion, Karen and Amanda.  These are the staff you will see everyday and who answer the phone, open the door, serve you drinks and food, run the functions..... They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the club so always feel confident in approaching them at any time about anything.  

 

 

MAINTENANCE: We could not run a day without Nigel our Bars Manager and Ryan, these guys keep the club running.

 

         

KITCHEN BRIGADE:  Led by Head Chef Aaron, and supported by Sous Chef Mark, and Chefs Steve, Carol and Justine.  Between them they provide for the Restaurant, Bistro, Bar Meals, Specials and often for two functions at the same time.  Hot work, and they do a wonderful job.  Best food in the Medway Towns!

 

And of course our excellent casuals, cleaners and accounts staff - some who you do not see - but who are essential in every way.
