Centrally located with very good parking, a variety of meeting rooms, excellent food and all the business facilities you could need at very competitive prices.

 

Four different rooms are available for business use:-

The Roffen Suite: Capacity 20-175.  A beautiful beamed hall and adjoining private bar. Private bar & toilets. Seating at tables on comfortable banqueting chairs.  Room divisible into sections. Air-conditioned

"The Venue": Capacity 10-40.  A pleasant and comfortable suite of rooms on two levels. Seating in leather chairs, or upright chairs and tables. Private bar & toilets. Air-conditioned

The Conference Room: Capacity 5-15.  A private suite of two rooms in the club. One room capable of being laid up boardroom style, the other has informal leather sofas.

The Restaurant: Seats up to 28, largest single table 14. Full a la carte service. Can be booked for exclusive use (minimum number 20).

Support:  The following facilities are available free of charge - Wireless internet access - Dedicated Broadband Computer - 46” Plasma Television with laptop accessibility (Members Lounge) - High powered laptop enabled projector - Overhead projector - Screen - Stage - P.A system - Radio Microphone - Sound system - Changing Rooms - Floral decorations - Printing and photocopying facilities - Flip chart, paper & easel - Flexible formal and informal seating arrangements

MEMBERS:  As a member you can use the club informally for small meetings, or book a room for exclusive use.

NON-MEMBERS:  Non-members can book rooms for exclusive use.

OPTIONS FOR LUNCH OR SNACKS

Drinks & Snacks:  All our bar drinks are at pub prices.  Coffee & Tea £1.60.  Selection of Sandwiches & Filled Rolls £6.  Buffets £8.  Lunch & Dinner from £10.  As you can see our food and drink prices are very reasonable.

Our BISTRO MENU offers a selection of excellent meals and snacks which can be served in all the meeting rooms. These are available from 10.30am.

Delegates can also choose to eat in the Restaurant from just £10 for two courses. The RESTAURANT MENU can also be served in the Conference Room.

Buffets from the BUFFET MENU selection are available in The Roffen Suite, The Venue and The Conference Room.

The full DINNER MENU is available in The Roffen Suite.

 

ROOM HIRE CHARGES:  from £45 half day and £75 full day.

Half days are 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm.  Full days are 9am - 5pm

HOLD A PARTY ANYWAY
Great for your staff!  We can offer you "The Venue" for events for up to 70 and The Suite for events for anything from 20-200 for sit down dinners or stand up buffet parties. Take a look at the offers on our website, fully inclusive deals starting from as little as £6 a head.

GIVE YOUR STAFF CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP OF OUR HEALTH CLUB
Four or more staff joining at the same time qualify for a  25% discount off our monthly prices. You can all have different levels of membership to suit your lifestyle and memberships can be made transferable (the 25% reduction is made up as 10% for payment up front, 15% corporate discount)
