Food Service:
We can serve any of our range of buffets in The Venue informally for up to 70. Take a look at our BUFFET MENUS.
We can also offer you the opportunity to dine in the club's private restaurant, see our RESTAURANT page. The restaurant seats a maximum of 24 and we can open it just for you and your party. Your guests can choose any of our meals from the RESTAURANT MENU from a la carte to our fixed price menu at £15 for three courses or £10 for two. A great option for a Civil Marriage Service, hold your wedding ceremony in The Venue, then dine exclusively with up to 26 guests in the restaurant, after dinner join another 50 evening guests back in The Venue for a party. Some terms & conditions do apply to this option and you should chat to our managers
There is also a £10 WEDDING PACKAGE designed for The Venue, and the £10 Drinks Package is also available.
The Bar:
A luxurious bar, plenty of staff, all drinks at pub prices (not inflated hotel prices). For smokers we provide a comfortable, covered smoking terrace in our garden.
The Atmosphere
The Venue has a feel of a sophisticated private nightclub, complete with its own dancefloor, great sound system and disco lighting. The furniture is comfortable leather chairs and sofas lit with with mood lighting on dimmers. The Venue is air conditioned for year round comfort.
The Music
For music we offer you our installed CD system free of charge, or hire our club DJ for £260, or you are welcome to provide your own entertainment.
Civil Weddings
The Venue is licensed for Civil Wedding ceremonies, guests will be seated informally or stand during the ceremony. The photo below shows one layout which looks very nice. The Roffen makes NO additional charge for you to hold your civil ceremony with us.
